Oh no! Horrors! Someone is trying to steal my fund! LOL! This is another popular Nigerian 419 scam. Someone tries to convince you that somehow, the government of Nigeria owes you some "fund" without explaining where it came from, or how you supposedly earned it. There is no fund, of course. With this scam flavor, they just try to get you angry by pretending that someone else is trying to steal it.
Don't fly over there and try to mess with these guys. People have been killed trying to get their nonexistent money out of them, sometimes after handing over thousands of dollars to them in advance fees. That's why this is called "Advanced Fee Fraud."
