Wow, we'd say a scammer was actually attempting to get creative for once. A search for a "Karen Mangi" doesn't turn up a lot of results, but it appears that she really is a twenty-something year old student in South Africa. Her name appears on a couple other websites that warn about scams. This scammer is pretending to be her, for some reason, rather than some government official, and "she" wants to invest $9 million in "your country," because "she" had no idea where you live. Something about the Republican Party of Pennsylvania was brought into this, which becomes clear by the end of the scam-mail. If you can manage to contact her, or if you contact the Republicans in Harrisburg about this, they will have no idea what the heck you're talking about. And yet at the bottom of the scam-mail, it says "Paid for by the Republican Party of Pennsylvania." This is just flat illegal on so many levels, we don't even know where to begin LOL.
