Some "international networking bank" in Ghana supposedly has "files" available on different people who supposedly have "funds" coming to them. This story goes that the "president" has "put together a 'compensation fund' for 'unpaid beneficiaries,'" but it never says who this "president" is or where the "funds" came from.
